Climate change civil penalties
Summary
Civil Penalties issued under a climate change regime: UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS), European Union Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS), CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC), Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas regime (F-Gas) and Climate Change Agreements (CCA). These civil penalties will be published for a minimum of 12 months from the date of publication.
